Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 7 to 21 business days. Please note that delivery times can vary based on your location and any potential delays in transit.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

International Shipping

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: International shipments may take up to 30 business days to reach you. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Additional Information

  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.
  • Delays: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, please be aware that delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs processing, and high shipping volumes.

 

 

Return Window

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns Accepted:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. You will be asked to send documentation for items that are received damaged.

Return Process

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at PlatinumTreasures2024@gmail.com with the following details:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you wish to return
  3. A description of the issue or reason for the return

Return Authorization:

  • Once we receive your email, we will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions. Please do not send the item back before receiving authorization.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return is received safely. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds:

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at PlatinumTreasures2024@gmail.com.
  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  •  Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

 

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Additional Information

Product Condition:

  • Returned items must be in their original, unused condition. Items that are damaged or show signs of wear may not be eligible for a refund.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

  • Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
